Job Summary

As a Technical Support - Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the internet. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, leveraging your exceptional communication skills, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities to deliver seamless experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client products and/or services

  • Interface with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the internet, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide proactive solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical advancements to provide informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and expertise

Requirements

* Strong focus on building customer relationships and delivering exceptional service experiences

  • 1+ year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule (night shift)
  • Technical support experience preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and stay up-to-date with industry trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; work computer may be provided depending on the position offered
  • High Speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
