Job Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining data accuracy and integrity in our core data management systems. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Executing requests to update and maintain customer account records and B2B client account records in our core data management systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues in a timely and efficient manner to meet service level targets
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and develop new processes
• Assisting in project initiatives and managing tasks independently, including defining, developing, documenting, and executing multiple related tasks

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Working knowledge of relational databases and enterprise software interfaces
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in resolving technical issues and developing new processes
