As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for responding to live chat messages from customers, answering inquiries, sharing sales links, and offering valuable discounts. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of handling social media and website chat functions
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in closely following provided instructions
  • Availability of at least 5 hours per week
  • Reliable internet connectivity

Weekly Hours

You'll have the flexibility to choose your own hours, working between 5 to 40 hours per week, depending on your availability and preferences.

Location

This is a remote position, open to candidates in the United States. You'll have the freedom to work from the comfort of your own home.
