Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Medical Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to Medicare customers, navigating complex healthcare systems, and identifying opportunities to upgrade products and services. Responsibilities

As a Remote Medical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to Medicare customers, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and compassionate manner
  • Navigating complex healthcare systems to identify the best solutions for customers, including Medicare products and services
  • Conducting outbound calls to follow up with customers and provide additional support as needed
  • Identifying opportunities to upgrade products and services, and presenting these options to customers in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date on industry developments, regulatory changes, and arenaflex's products and services to provide expert-level support to customers

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A current Health insurance license in your state of residence
  • High-speed internet access (greater than 15 mbps)
  • A minimum of six (6) months sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Integrity to follow HIPAA guidelines on maintaining patient privacy
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer savvy, with experience using CRM software and other customer service tools

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak Spanish

  • Experience working in a remote environment, with a strong track record of productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of Medicare products and services, including eligibility requirements and benefits
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
