Remote Live Chat Support Specialist

Location:

What You'll Be Doing

As a live chat customer service representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support via live chat, email, and other digital channels. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to live chat messages on arenaflex's website or social media accounts
  • Answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction
  • Proactively addressing customer needs to resolve issues and prevent escalations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, laptop)
  • The ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Availability for at least 5 hours per week
  • A reliable internet connection
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
