Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll contribute to the achievement of service delivery, performance standards, and financial targets by:
- Ensuring patients have a positive customer experience while resolving patient accounts timely
- Being available to assist customers by closely adhering to set schedules and handling time standards
- Treating customers with compassion and respect, while protecting their privacy
Essential Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in customer service required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
* Associate degree or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in healthcare or customer service industry
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and billing processes

- Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla): $16.60 - $25.86
- Montana: $15.02 - $23.40
- Texas/New Mexico: $14.23 - $22.17
