Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and problems via various channels. You'll engage, consult, and educate members based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of our plans, tools, and resources. Your goal will be to guide members along a clear path to care, providing a seamless and personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries and problems via phone, internet, or written correspondence

• Engage, consult, and educate members based on their unique needs, preferences, and understanding of our plans, tools, and resources
• Provide clear and concise information to members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Utilize medical terminology to effectively communicate with members and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to members

Preferred Qualifications:

* Customer Service Call Center Experience

• Education: High School or GED equivalent

Compensation and Benefits:

* The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $29.88
