Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Engaging directly with customers via inbound calls, emails, and other communication platforms to provide exceptional service and resolve issues
  • Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
  • Going above and beyond to "wow" customers, think critically, and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a call center or customer service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to multi-task, think critically, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
