The Position

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in our customer-focused team, helping to drive our continued growth and success in the electrical industry. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Efficiently processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while maintaining organized transaction records.
  • Handling customer complaints with patience and empathy, working to find satisfactory resolutions and escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our electrical products and services to provide expert guidance and recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborating with colleagues in various departments to address customer needs and provide seamless support.
  • Participating in our quarterly bonus program, which rewards exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information and solutions.

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred).

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Knowledge or interest in the electrical industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
