Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for engaging with members and providers to understand their unique needs and preferences. You'll provide consultative and educational support to address customer inquiries, resolve concerns and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, and document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities
- Engage with members and providers to understand their unique needs and preferences - Provide consultative and educational support to address customer inquiries - Resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner - Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery - Follow company policies and procedures for service excellence - Continuously update knowledge of products and services to effectively assist customers - Work independently and within a team environment to achieve goals and objectives
Key Skills and Qualifications
