Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately input and update customer information, reservations, and flight data into company databases and systems.
  • Review and verify data to ensure correctness and completeness, identifying discrepancies or errors.
  • Process incoming data from various sources, ensuring timely and efficient updates to internal systems.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer and company data at all times.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure that data is aligned with operational needs and policies.
  • Assist in generating reports based on entered data to help improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide support to various teams by ensuring smooth data flow and accuracy across systems.
  • Stay updated with arenaflex's data management procedures, policies, and best practices.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote work environment.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
  • Experience with data entry, office administration, or other clerical work is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must possess a high level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
