Job Summary

As a Business Analysis Manager in our Worldwide Reporting group, you will play a critical role in driving business success by collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business intelligence solutions. You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions to complex business problems, conducting research and analysis, and providing training and guidance to junior team members. Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement business intelligence solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

• Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Create innovative solutions to complex business problems and present findings to senior leadership
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business intelligence solutions
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members to ensure successful project execution
• Work with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies and plans
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for improvement

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, and project management
• Strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business intelligence solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership
• Experience with data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau or Power BI

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, and project management
• Experience working with data visualization tools and software, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with business intelligence software, such as SAP or Oracle
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leadership
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong data analysis and visualization skills, with the ability to create reports and dashboards to communicate findings to senior leadership
• Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques
• Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business operations and make recommendations for improvement
