Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Live Chat Support & Data Analysis, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including GSN and AET, to prioritize, define, and analyze data for various use cases as part of the VOC (Voice of the Customer) cease-to-stop technique.
- Developing and maintaining robust data models to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
- Leveraging transformational technologies, including Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python, to deliver innovative solutions that ensure high-quality and accurate data through intensive testing at variable and use case levels.
- Providing pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
- Powering consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools.
- Proactively identifying and automating guide obligations to improve best and efficiency.

Essential Qualifications
