Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Live Chat Support & Data Analysis, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including GSN and AET, to prioritize, define, and analyze data for various use cases as part of the VOC (Voice of the Customer) cease-to-stop technique.
  • Developing and maintaining robust data models to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions.
  • Leveraging transformational technologies, including Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python, to deliver innovative solutions that ensure high-quality and accurate data through intensive testing at variable and use case levels.
  • Providing pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems.
  • Powering consumer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software program programs, checking out & builds automation tools.
  • Proactively identifying and automating guide obligations to improve best and efficiency.
  • Operating carefully with companions from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and take a look at the statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-stop technique.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, Shell Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years.

  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, such as Jenkins or Docker.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
