Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Entering data into appropriate fields, databases, records, and files with accuracy and efficiency
• Possessing excellent typing, writing, and verbal communication skills to ensure seamless data transfer and communication
• Summarizing data for standardized reports, requiring attention to detail and analytical skills
• Typing data directly and accurately, with a focus on speed and accuracy
• Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
• The ability to speak confidently, clearly, and professionally for voice recording data, with a focus on clarity and accuracy
• Prior experience handling data entry responsibilities or equivalent experience in a related field, with a minimum of 1 year of experience
• Self-directed and able to work without supervision, with a focus on independence and self-motivation
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets, with a focus on data analysis and manipulation
• A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a focus on academic achievement and a strong work ethic

Qualifications

• Data Entry Clerk experience: 1 year (required)
• Excel/Filing experience: 1 year (required)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
