In this role, you'll be responsible for executing data enrichment tasks, performing credentialing-related duties, and maintaining the accuracy and quality of credentialing data. Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Executing data enrichment tasks as per the training provided by the client, ensuring accuracy and quality in all data entries
- Performing credentialing-related duties, including application data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications
- Liaising with various state boards and credentialing organizations to secure status updates and verifications
- Maintaining the accuracy and quality of credentialing data in compliance with industry standards
- Validating information sourced from third-party entities by utilizing online databases for cross-referencing
- Undertaking additional responsibilities and tasks as required
Required Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
- A strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, with excellent communication skills
- Ability to excel in a remote work environment, with a reliable internet connection and a minimum download speed of 15 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications
