Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Documenting and tracking customer interactions and feedback in our system, identifying trends and areas for improvement based on client feedback.
• Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall customer experience, delivering exceptional service by listening to customer needs and providing tailored support.
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Essential Qualifications:
