Job Summary
As a Mail and Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service and sales support to our clients via email, chat, and our ticketing system. You'll be the face of arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive prompt, professional, and personalized support. If you're a skilled communicator, a sales enthusiast, and a tech-savvy individual, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via email, chat, and our ticketing system
- Sell our products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Respond to all tickets on our system in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and close deals
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers are satisfied and loyal
- Stay up-to-date with our products and services, including new features and updates
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
* At least 1 year of technical experience in a hosting company, preferably with a similar company (e.g., orange or WE)
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a strong focus on resolving customer complaints and issues
- Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
- Maximum age of 30 years old
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Residents of Nasr city, Misr el Gdeda, Shoubra Misr, Fifth of settlement, or Hadaya Elzaytoun are preferred
- Graduates only
- Both males and females are welcome to apply
Work Conditions
* Rotational shifts from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (working from the office) or 5:30 pm to 2:00 am (working from home)
- 2 fixed days off per month, which may change every month
- Work from our office in Nasr city
