As an Instacart Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for fulfilling grocery orders that customers have placed online. This role involves picking up the groceries from a designated pick-up point, delivering them to the customers’ doorsteps, and ensuring they are received in a timely and efficient manner. This role is perfect for individuals who love driving and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Picking up groceries from the designated pick-up point.

2. Delivering groceries to the customers’ doorsteps in a timely manner.

3. Ensuring the order is correct and handling any customer queries or complaints.

4. Providing excellent customer service.

5. Maintaining delivery records and reporting any issues or discrepancies.

Requirements:

1. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

2. Reliable vehicle and auto insurance.

3. Ability to lift heavy items.

4. Strong communication and customer service skills.

5. Detail-oriented and able to work independently.

6. Knowledge of local routes and locations.

Education:

No specific educational qualifications are required for this role.

Experience:

Previous delivery driving experience is preferred but not necessary as we provide thorough training.
