Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Overseeing and resolving customer issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Providing customers with accurate and up-to-date information on flights, routes, and schedules
  • Recognizing and escalating critical issues to ensure timely resolution
  • Responding to customer messages and emails in a prompt and courteous manner
  • Screening flights and reservations to ensure accuracy and completeness

Position Requirements

  • The ability to become proficient in various software and reservation systems used by arenaflex

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and managers in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues in a fair and efficient manner

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Proficiency in various software and reservation systems used by arenaflex
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
