Job Summary
arenaflex is seeking experienced and customer-service-oriented individuals to join our team as Flexible Remote Live Chat Agents. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule with working hours under 4 hours per day, allowing you to balance your work and personal life. As a Flexible Remote Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service through live chat support. You will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while being an integral part of a world-renowned airline.
Key Responsibilities
As a Flexible Remote Live Chat Agent, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, baggage information, and other travel-related concerns. You will also handle customer feedback, resolve issues promptly, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via live chat in a prompt and professional manner
- Providing accurate information regarding flight schedules, ticket changes, and other travel services
- Assisting customers with online booking and troubleshooting technical issues
- Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of arenaflex's products and services
- Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate customer records

Requirements
To be successful as a Flexible Remote Live Chat Agent, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Strong written communication skills

- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
