About the Job
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks that will keep you engaged and challenged. You'll work closely with our team to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes, from data entry to financial reporting. Your expertise will be essential in driving our success, and we're excited to have you on board.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute daily and monthly accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Be a key player in the monthly close cycle for arenaflex and external entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, using recognized accounting methodologies
- Assist in providing forecasts to external auditors for annual reviews and quarterly surveys
- Collaborate with FP&A, functional partners, and external stakeholders on significant accounting matters
- Conduct special investigations and projects to drive process improvements and efficiency gains
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Is self-motivated and independent, with a "make it happen" attitude
- Has a sharp business acumen and process-oriented mindset
- Is data-driven and detail-focused, with a passion for accuracy and precision
- Possesses excellent communication, oral, and written skills, with a strong command of English
- Has strong analytical and time management skills
- Has a minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience
- Has a solid understanding of US GAAP, PCAOB principles, and SOX/internal controls
- Has experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite (or similar tools)
