Job Summary

We're seeking honest, independent contractors with a professional attitude who are looking to make extra income providing services from home. If you have experience working in sales organizations or call centers, that's a definite plus. As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering customer questions about our clients' services and products, providing solutions to their problems, and building strong relationships that drive loyalty and retention.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer calls, respond to emails, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications
