Job Description

As a Customer Support Assistant at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our services. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance via email, chat, and phone. Your primary goal will be to provide timely and effective support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled in a timely and courteous manner.

  • Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems as needed to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support.
  • Provide product information and assist customers in making informed decisions, ensuring that they have a comprehensive understanding of our services and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, using our customer support software and tools to track and analyze customer data.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve customer support processes, ensuring that our support team is working efficiently and effectively to meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures, ensuring that you have a deep understanding of our services and solutions.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

  • Previous customer support or service experience is a plus, but not required. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to learn and grow.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.

  • Canadian residency and eligibility to work in Canada.
