Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch support to our clients' customers via phone and ticket support. You will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience for our clients' customers. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional phone and ticket support to customers, resolving their inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize a written workflow to ensure consistency and efficiency in support delivery
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends, to meet the needs of our clients and their customers
  • Collaborate with the support team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to continuously improve support delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance the support experience

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer support experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support experiences
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, ticketing systems, and communication tools
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services or similar industry experience
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
