Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments. As a Customer Service Representative Agent Work From Home – Part Time Remote Focus Group Panelist, you will have the flexibility to work from home, participate in online or in-person discussions, and earn a competitive salary. Key Responsibilities

* Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments

• Complete written and oral instructions, and provide honest feedback on products and services
• Use products and/or services provided, and be ready to discuss prior to meetings
• Complete written surveys for each panel
• Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
• Participate in online or in-person discussions, as required
• Review and use new products or services before they are released to the public

Essential Qualifications

* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam

• Must have access to high-speed internet connection
• Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• No previous customer service representative agent experience is necessary

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
