Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Fielding inbound communications:

Answering phone calls, responding to emails, and routing inquiries to the appropriate internal parties as needed

Coordinating scheduling:

Setting up meetings based on cross-functional availability for both internal and external stakeholders

Organizing internal resources:

Building out and maintaining processes to keep files and office supplies organized and easily accessible

Liaising with visitors:

Acting as the point person for office guests and ensuring a warm welcome

Communicating policies and procedures:

Alerting employees of new processes, rules, and regulations

Facilitating executive-level operations:

Booking travel, submitting expense reports, and sending communications for high-level staff as needed

Data entry:

Accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems to support business operations

Analyzing and resolving issues:

Identifying and resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

High school diploma

1-2 years of experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or receptionist

*

Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

*

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment

*

Positive, high-energy attitude

*

Resourcefulness, creativity, and problem-solving skills

*

Familiarity with office equipment (i.e., printers, fax machines, projectors)

*

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of CRM software and data entry systems

Certifications in customer service or a related field
