Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative - After Hours, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their caregivers, resolving queries, and ensuring seamless communication. This is a full-time, remote position that offers flexibility and work-life balance. If you're a motivated and customer-focused individual with a strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

* Answer all incoming calls and respond to client and nurse queries in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve client and nurse queries that are within the scope of after-hours, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary
  • Provide timely responses to queries that come in through our texting platform, ensuring that clients receive prompt attention
  • Notify clients and replace caregiver callouts as necessary, ensuring that our clients receive the care and support they need
  • Confirm caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start, ensuring that our clients receive the care and support they need
  • Perform initial intake for callers potentially interested in our services, providing them with information and support
  • Document all scenarios on our platform, as well as update caregiver schedules as needed
  • Non-urgent Admin projects if time allows, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently

Requirements

* Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate and confident, with a strong ability to empathize with clients and their caregivers
  • Responsible and reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • 10+ years' work experience in customer service and office duties, with a proven track record of success
  • Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours, with a strong ability to work independently and remotely
  • Impeccable phone and computer skills, with experience working with CRM systems and other software applications
  • Staffing and/or health care experience, with a strong understanding of the care and support services we provide
  • Experience working remotely and independently to the USA, with a strong ability to communicate effectively across time zones
  • Quiet and professional work-from-home environment, with reliable Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up
