Rate:
$35 per hour, competitive and reflective of your skills and experience.
Responsibilities:
+ Respond to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts. + Address customer inquiries, provide sales links, and offer discounts. + Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences. + Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support. + Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
+ A device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions. + A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. + A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. + Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to adjust your schedule as needed.
