Role and Responsibilities

As a Customer Relations Chat Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers via live chat, email, and text. Your role will be to provide prompt, thoughtful, and personalized responses to customer inquiries, ensuring that they receive top-notch service with every interaction. Whether customers have questions about product details, need help with an order, or require assistance with our services, you'll be the one to provide the solutions they need. Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via live chat, email, and text
  • Providing prompt and thoughtful responses to customer inquiries
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills

$35 per hour

Contract Length:

Open-ended, no fixed term

Hours per Week:

Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours

Location:

Fully remote; open worldwide but with a preference for candidates in the United States

Requirements:

+ Access to a laptop, tablet, or smartphone capable of managing social media and website chat functions + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively + Strong capacity to follow detailed instructions and processes + Minimum availability of 5 hours per week + A stable and reliable internet connection
