Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Success Associate - Live Chat Specialist, you'll assume the critical role of the initial touchpoint for customer inquiries, requests, feedback, complaints, and various other needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to live chat messages on a business's website or social media accounts, providing timely and accurate support to customers
- Answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to drive sales and revenue growth
- Fostering and maintaining strong relationships between clients and company, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Providing feedback and insights to improve customer experience and service delivery
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll require:
- A strong and diverse skillset in relevant areas, including customer service, communication, and problem-solving
- A device able to access social media and app-based chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)
- The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision

Contract and Compensation
