Job Description

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative – Disney At Home, you will be an integral part of our customer support team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* 2+ years of customer support experience in a call center or remote setting

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
