Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with repair technicians, manufacturing, and logistics personnel to coordinate customer equipment repairs, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Working with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
  • Ensuring invoices are accurate and sent to customers in a timely manner, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Running reports and analyzing data to recommend process changes that improve productivity and efficiency
  • Participating in and/or leading improvement activities to meet and exceed service goals, driving growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of customer service experience, or a combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments
  • Attention to detail, team player, and self-starter mindset
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Familiarity with repair and maintenance procedures, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
