Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, in-person, and digital channels, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience for all customers

  • Share our menu and promotions with customers, highlighting the unique qualities that set us apart from the competition
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints
  • Participate in pre-rush prep, cleaning, pizza making, oven tending, and expediting delivery orders, with proper training and support
  • Continuously develop and refine your skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's evolving customer needs

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, hospitality, communications) preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the food service or retail industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and quality
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology platforms

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
