Work Flexibility and Schedule
As a Customer Service Representative I - 1st Shift (Remote), you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with a schedule that aligns with our 1st shift hours. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and building strong relationships with customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Validating ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
- Ensuring accuracy of PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry as the front line for data entry
- Checking and validating accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
- Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
- Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate billing process
- Supporting Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax
- Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate billing process
- Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies
What You Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two (2) years' relevant work experience
- Experience as an account representative (desired)
- Proficiency in Oracle (desired)
Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including:
- Hourly rate: $19.58 - $32.04 (plus bonus eligible)

Travel Percentage
