Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative in our Data Entry and Remote Operations team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our patients and clients, while also handling data entry and other administrative tasks. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere and enjoy a better work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Handle data entry and other administrative tasks, including entering patient and medication information into our systems
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service and data entry skills

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in a retail or call center environment

  • 1.5 years of experience as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived confirmation office
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including fulfilling quality guidelines for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Middle to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
