Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from patients, scheduling appointments, addressing patient inquiries, and providing exceptional support to ensure a positive experience for our patients. Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from patients regarding appointment scheduling, prescription inquiries, insurance verification, and general office information.

  • Schedule patient appointments according to availability, doctor schedules, and patient preferences.
  • Provide patients with information about our services, products, and procedures to enhance their understanding and confidence in their eye care experience.
  • Address patient complaints, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and appointments.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures.

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or the equivalent.

  • Proficient data entry skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Willingness to learn and to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.

Compensation and Benefits
