Chat Customer Representative - Remote

Key Responsibilities

As a Chat Customer Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, or live chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently, while also building strong relationships with our customers and internal stakeholders. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer questions that come in via our website(s)
  • Providing concise and effective information to customers via live chat
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues related to faulty products, shipping issues, and service complaints
  • Flagging major pain points to our liaison team for further development and improvement
  • Completing training on our customer support ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and industry best practices
  • Integrating technology-based solutions to improve the customer experience (AI, Chat, Self-serve portals)

Qualifications

We're looking for a dedicated and empathetic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer support. Some of the essential qualifications for this role include:

  • Ability to work weekends if needed
