Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our clients. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and collecting medical records from provider offices, medical groups, and other medical facilities. You'll work closely with our clients to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

* Make outbound calls to provider offices and answer inbound calls to ensure timely and effective communication

• Investigate, conduct research, and analyze customer data for outreach and problem resolution
• Work day-to-day operations to ensure goals are met in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
• Provide problem resolution through effective communication (via phone and email)
• Work on projects of limited scope and complexity; generally follow set procedures and work under supervision
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
