Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in receiving calls from child support client stakeholders, providing exceptional service, and resolving issues in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations. If you're fluent in English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working in a remote environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and respond to inbound calls from child support client stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner

  • Categorize calls received in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures and contractual obligations
  • Record any abusive or extraordinary calls
  • Maintain a general understanding of policies and procedures
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills using tact, patience, and courtesy
  • Perform data entry tasks, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad operations
  • Type a minimum of 35 WPM, with a typing test administered during the interview process
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Participate in self-directed training, with periodic meetings with your Supervisor to discuss progress and address questions

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • At least one year of prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a related field
  • Equivalent combination of education and work experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform the position duties
  • Proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad operations
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English and Spanish

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment

  • Familiarity with customer service software and technology
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive hourly rate of $14.50
