Summary of Essential Functions
As a Customer Service Representative III at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and driving customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to achieve excellent customer service, which will drive sustainable business growth. Your specific duties and responsibilities will include:
- Responding to all phone and email inquiries from customers and internal teams
- Opening service requests and sales orders for contract parts, returned parts, and projects
- Managing telephone and email enquiries, reviewing open service requests, and bringing them to a satisfactory closure within a timely manner
- Helping to manage new machine installations, moves, and decommissions
- Ensuring all project information is updated in Salesforce
- Managing quotes being sent to customers and processing them through to the Order Entry team for order creation
- Ensuring parts are shipped ready to meet field technicians' needs
- Keeping customers regularly informed of service request progress
- Coordinating repairs and technical support with field personnel and scheduling workload accordingly
Education & Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Proven experience as a call center representative or similar position
- Experience in customer service is essential
- Proficient in English; good knowledge of additional languages will be a definite plus
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
Position Details
* Pay rate/range: $18-$23 per hour
- The above salary range represents the range expected for the position; however, final salary offers are based on a number of factors such as the position's responsibilities, the candidate's experience, education, and skills, location, travel required, and current market conditions.
