Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to current and potential customers, handling incoming phone calls, updating client accounts, and scheduling services for HVAC technicians. You will also be responsible for providing technicians with detailed notes regarding scheduled services, scheduling in-home services, and assisting with dispatching updates. In addition, you will process payments, refunds, and low-level escalations, and upsell specials and promotions to customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming customer phone calls from current and potential customers
- Update client accounts and schedule services for HVAC technicians
- Provide technicians with well-detailed notes regarding the scheduled services
- Schedule in-home services and assist with providing dispatching updates
- Process payments, refunds, and low-level escalations
- Upsell specials and promotions to customers
Requirements
