Job Summary

As a Customer Analytics Manager, Enterprise, you'll be responsible for translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth for our clients. You'll work closely with our sales, product, and marketing teams to develop and maintain standardized reporting tools, and provide expert guidance to our clients on how to leverage our products to achieve their hiring goals. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth for our clients

  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting tools to provide clients with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on how to leverage our products
  • Present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and customer success

Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in statistics, market research, business, or a relevant technical field

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of presenting technical content to non-technical audiences
  • Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and working with large datasets
  • Strong analytical skills, including qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques
  • Ability to initiate and complete projects with minimal guidance
  • Advanced knowledge of Google G Suite and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Travel required: ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially sales, product, decision science, and marketing
  • Proficiency working with superset, databricks, and AWS web services
  • Developed a deep understanding of a company's ads business, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities for growth, and regularly presenting findings to stakeholders
