Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance and support to CSRs during live customer interactions, helping them navigate complex inquiries and workflows.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and concerns, working to de-escalate and resolve matters efficiently and effectively.
  • Engage with customers and provide personalized coaching, utilizing integrated support tools to address their unique needs and preferences.
  • Serve as a knowledge resource for CSRs, helping to improve their performance and understanding of our services and offerings.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement, providing feedback and insights to enhance our customer support processes.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience handling escalated customer issues.

  • A strong ability to learn quickly and apply new skills.
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry, particularly with government healthcare programs.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A solid understanding of medical terminology, with strong addressing and negotiation skills.
  • Computer proficiency, with the ability to navigate internal and external systems.
  • Bilingual Spanish skills are highly desirable.

Education and Training

A High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required for this role. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for the Service Advocate position.
