The Opportunity

As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of a vibrant community that's passionate about delivering world-class customer service. You'll work in a high-volume contact center environment, using proprietary software programs to track and document calls, troubleshoot customer issues, and provide proactive communication to internal and external customers via call and email. You'll be a key player in maintaining solid customer relationships, handling customer inquiries and de-escalating customer concerns, and working with customers to identify automotive maintenance needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Delivering world-class customer service to customers with issues and inquiries via phone in a high-volume contact center environment

• Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling customer inquiries and de-escalating customer concerns
• Multi-tasking using proprietary software programs to track and document calls
• Utilizing research skills to troubleshoot customer issues
• Providing proactive communication to internal and external customers via call and email
• Maintaining productive relationships with peers through positive team work
• Working with customers to identify automotive maintenance needs
• Performing other duties as assigned

What You'll Need to Succeed:

* High School diploma or equivalent

• Authorized to work in the US
• At least one year of customer service experience or call center experience
• Strong computer skills, proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM software
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
