Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative on our Global Network Services team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners. You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll also work closely with our internal teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve complex customer issues, using your expertise and problem-solving skills to find creative solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and partners, building trust and loyalty through your exceptional service and expertise
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, using your knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to our clients and partners
  • Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on problem-solving and resolution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and find creative solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or marketing

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a financial services or related industry

  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including credit cards, loans, and investments
  • Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP)
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and/or other languages
