Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for planning and executing consistent and effective customer service strategies, providing insights on business opportunities, measuring the impact of sales efforts, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive business development. Key Responsibilities

* Plan and execute solid consistency and administration structure for our sales partners

  • Provide insights on the amazing opportunities identified and created by our sales partners
  • Measure the impact of sales efforts and time contributed by the outreach groups using internal frameworks
  • Serve as the informed authority for US SME and successfully engaging with partners
  • Association with partners and colleagues to provide valuable insights and prepare metrics to help service and product managers to assist with growing the business
  • Drive Examination and Experiences through different data devices
  • Recognize and Execute different automation methods to improve efficiency
  • Perform quality check for on sales documentation
  • Build positive relationships with key teammates and partners across groups
  • Narrating abilities to ensure seamless communication and informing to significant partners and colleagues

Essential Qualifications

* 3-5 years of significant work experience or Four-year degree in a related field

  • Strong analytical foundation with proficiency on Success, SQL, and HIVE
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Project management expertise to oversee multiple drives across teams

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) environment

  • Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools and platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
