Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our web and cloud applications. Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable, efficient, and secure software solutions using Java, Spring, and other relevant technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to arenaflex's coding standards and best practices
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring that code is maintainable, efficient, and meets arenaflex's quality standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and arenaflex's technology roadmap
- Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java, Spring, and web development
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, EC2, S3, SQS, Lambda, and DynamoDB
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with NoSQL databases, including MongoDB and Cassandra
- Familiarity with containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with DevOps tools, including Jenkins, GitLab, and CircleCI
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices, including OWASP and PCI-DSS

* Strong programming skills in Java, with experience in Spring and web development
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
