Job Summary

As an Airline Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless travel experience for our passengers. You will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, ticketing, baggage handling, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have during their journey. Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service: You will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with passengers at various touchpoints, including check-in counters, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will ensure that every passenger feels valued and supported throughout their journey.

  • Assist with ticketing and flight reservations: You will be responsible for assisting passengers with ticketing, flight reservations, seat assignments, and upgrades. Your attention to detail and accuracy will ensure that every passenger's needs are met, and their travel experience is seamless.
  • Handle baggage check-in and loading: You will be responsible for handling baggage check-in, tagging, and loading onto aircraft, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and weight restrictions. Your ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and stressful situations will be essential in this role.
  • Address passenger inquiries and concerns: You will be the first point of contact for passengers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints. Your strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset will ensure that every issue is resolved to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Collaborate with other team members: You will work closely with other team members, including flight crew and ground staff, to ensure smooth operations and on-time departures. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will be essential in this role.
  • Adhere to security procedures: You will be responsible for adhering to security procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe and secure environment for passengers and staff. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential in this role.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent: You will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: You will need to have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with passengers and colleagues.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed: You will need to be able to remain calm and composed in fast-paced and stressful situations.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy: You will need to have attention to detail and accuracy to handle passenger information and transactions effectively.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts: You will need to be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate flight schedules and operational needs.
  • Previous customer service experience: Previous customer service experience, especially in the airline or hospitality industry, is preferred.

Skills and Competencies
