Record Keeping:

Accurately documenting chat interactions and customer feedback, ensuring that customer information is secure and confidential.

Team Collaboration:

Working closely with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals, sharing knowledge and best practices.

Training Participation:

Attending regular training sessions to stay updated on policies and procedures, ensuring that you are equipped to handle customer queries and issues.

Performance Metrics:

Meeting and exceeding performance metrics set by the company, ensuring that you are providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

To be successful as a live chat support agent at arenaflex, you will need:

Strong Communication Skills:

Exceptional written communication skills to interact with customers effectively, providing clear and concise information.

Tech-Savvy:

Customer Service Experience:
