Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day
- Processing phone payments
- Conducting outbound customer interview calls
- Communicating and resolving customer issues via online chat channels
- Resolving common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan
- Meeting monthly productivity and quality goals
- Complying with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or GED, with some college coursework a plus
- At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio
- Collection experience is a plus
- A minimum of two years of related customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to master the use of web-based system of record (LoanPro) – Training Provided
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as roles are a combination of phone and chat communication
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus
- Excellent "people" skills and a strong customer service attitude
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays
